Today we’re covering news about Rockwell, Prosoft, Leviton, Locus, Cybersecurity, Intel, OnLogic, Siemens, Omron, Schneider and more in our Automation This Morning blog for Wednesday, February 15, 2023.

First up is a new blog from Rockwell Automation here which touts the many benefits of it’s new FLEX500HA Universal I/O.

Next we have a new article here from Prosoft Technology about the latest version of its Ethernet/IP to DHRIO gateway.

There’s also an announcement here from Leviton about their new CAT 6 and CAT 6A line of patch cables.

As far a new articles, first up is one here from Locus Robotics which dives into the how Human-Robot partnerships can increase productivity in warehouse operations.

And over on the SME site here we have yet another excellent article on Cybersecurity for Manufacturing.

Keeping up with every new iteration of Intel’s and AMD’s chipsets can be a challenge, but thankfully the folks over at Premio are helping with their latest blog here about the Intel’s Elkhart Lake release.

OnLogic also has a new blog here which dives into how Asset Performance Management is used in the Oil and Gas industry.

In our product spotlight today is The Automation School’s Micro 800 Nano Basics course. Designed for those with some existing PLC experience who’d like to get a jump start with the Micro800 line of PLCs, the course comes with lifetime access and support.

In our daily search through new publications we came across a new Tech Data sheet here from Siemens on their SIMOTICS condition monitoring devices.

And over on the Omron website here we found a new selection guide for their Traceability products includes Bar Code Readers and RFID products.

Over on the Schneider Electric site we found three new docs. First was a new brochure here for their EcoExpert program. Next was a new brochure here on their VisiTrip Circuit Breaker with LED Indication. And the last was a brochure here on their Actassi line of networking products.

Today’s audio video file is a Q&A here about what to do if the BOOTP-DHCP Utility won’t disable BOOT-P on your PLC or HMI.

And in our “what’s coming up” segment, we’re highlighting a new episode of The Automation Podcast releasing today at 3:30pm ET here in which our guest brings us up to speed on what’s new in CNC Automation.
