Inductive IO-Link Sensors with Analog Output:
Turck, a leader in sensor technology, has recently announced an expansion of its sensor range. The company is introducing inductive measuring sensors with IO-Link and an analog output, designed for both flush and non-flush mounting. This new range includes the BI11-CK40 and NI11-CK40 models, which offer significant advancements in linearity and accuracy, thanks to their integrated microprocessor.
One key feature of these sensors is their improved temperature compensation, which operates over a wide range from -25 to +75 °C. Unlike other sensors in this category, the BI11-CK40 and NI11-CK40 models are equipped with a standard adjustable 0 to 10 V voltage output. Additionally, they feature an extra switching output that can be customized via IO-Link, providing precise measurement data and comprehensive diagnostic functions for predictive maintenance.
This development represents a significant step forward in sensor technology, offering enhanced performance and versatility for industrial applications.
