Today we’re covering news about IO-Link Products, Ethernet to DeviceNet to Modbus Bridges, Codesys Updates, AI, DCOM, SCADA and more in our Automation This Morning blog for Friday March 10, 2023.

First up we have a press release here from Pepperl+Fuchs about being chosen as Rockwell Automation’s Ecosystem award winner for 2023.

In new product announcements, today we have four new IO-Link products detailed here in the latest edition of Profinews. First up is a new line of full metal inductive sensors from Gavazzi here.

The next here is a programmable incremental encoder from Baumer.

We also have a new IO-Link version of Trafag’s pressure transmitters here.

And finally we have a new combination temperature and vibration sensor with IO-Link here from Turck.

In other new product news, Codesys announced here the release of v35 SP19.

Our first new article of the day is from ProfiNews here and covers the impact of the move to digitalization.

Next we have a new article here from Prosoft discussing the advantages of it’s updated DeviceNet to EthernetIP/ModbusTCP/ModbusRTU bi-directional bridge.

And over on the ISA’s website here we have an article covering a proposed standard to allow Robotic products from different manufacturers to work together.

An on the Antaira website here we have a new article about how the latest products with advanced AI features are bound to affect industry.
