Next we have a new Fiber Optic product line expansion announcement here from Leviton.

In today’s product spotlight we’re highlighting The Automation School’s FactoryTalk View Site Edition course, ViewSE Basics. Details on the course can be found here, and like all The Automation School’s online courses, ViewSE Basics comes with lifetime access and instructor support.

Today in our pub crawl we ran across three new documents of interest. The first is a new manual here on the Siemens SIMATIC Real Time Location System (RTLS.) You can also catch our podcast with Siemens on this topic here.

On the Omron site we found a new selection guide here on their line of Barcode Printers and Verifiers.

And on the Emerson website we found an updated manual here for the Fisher 4200 Electronic Position Transmitter.

In today’s Audio/Video file, we’re featuring a new Q & A about a community member’s PanelView Plus not finding the MER file, which you can watch here.

Today we’re also debut a brand new Tech Tip which you can watch in the video edition of the morning show below. In it, I walk through how to migrate FactoryTalk View Machine Edition Applications and Graphics to View Site Edition.

As far as upcoming events, two new webinars caught our interest today. The first is from Auvesy-MDT here covering Cyber Security.

The other can be found here and is being put on by the folks at Unitronics, and covers PLC to VFD communications.
