GOOD DAY, COULD YOU GIVE ME MORE INFORMATION ON THIS RESPECT, I WANT TO COPY THE FILES FROM THE VIEW PLUS 7 PANEL TO A PC DIRECTLY VIA ETHERNET CABLE, THE FILE SERVER OPTION SEEMS TO ME THE MOST VIABLE, I FOLLOWED ALL YOUR PROCEDURE BUT I COULD NOT CONNECT TO THE HMI PANEL
As you can see in the video it comes right up for me… so what happened when you tried to connect to the PVP?
Are you sure your PC is on the same network? Can you Ping the HMI?
