However, we totally understand that for many, pledging to a Kickstarter project may be a totally new experience. So with that in mind, I’ve put together the following step-by-step tutorial on how to pledge to a Kickstarter project.
NOTE: The folks over at Kickstarter won’t allow those running their own projects to self pledge, so in the example below I’ve had to use some screen shots of myself backing someone else’s project. However, to pledge to my project use this link: Kickstarter) [divider]
How to pledge to a Kickstarter project
Step 1: Open your favorite web browser and navigate to:

Step 2: Review the pledge levels and rewards on the right side of the page, and decide on which one is right for you (they start at as little as $1!)
Step 3: Click on the pledge level you would like to pledge at, and confirm it in the popup.
Note: The pictures in the following step are of me pledging to someone else’s project.
Step 4: Log into your Amazon account
Step 5: Review and confirm your choice
Step 6: Accept payment method and address
Step 7: You’re Done! Thank YOU for your pledge!!!
